Sept 4th 2016 around 5pm. I ordered 2 McDoubles add Mac Sauce, Small Fry, and a Large Coke. This meal didn't taste as good as it normally does. The Mac sauce didn't taste quite right. I didn't think anything of it. Later that night around 10pm I was stuck on the toilet on and off all night. This occurred Sunday night. It's now Wednesday 9/7 and I'm still on the toilet every hour or so. I have never experienced so much stomach pain. Not sure what I can do but this is terrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
