Late Night McCrispy Illness - McDonald's, La Pine Oregon

Went to get some McDonald's. I got a Spicy McCrispy and it was kinda late, close to closing time, so they were just messing up the order, but I still ate — I was starving. About 30 minutes later I'm running to the bathroom with terrible diarrhea, and I've been so nauseous I threw up last night a ton of times and am probably about to again in a minute. I can't get off the toilet and I'm in a lot of pain. I have stuff to do today and I literally cannot get off the toilet or stop throwing up, or both at the same time.
