went to get some mcdonalds I got a spicy mccrispy and it was kinda late close to closing time so they were just messing up the order but I still ate I was starving and about like 30 minutes later I’m running to the bathroom with terrible diarrhea and I’ve been so nauseous I threw up last night a ton of times and am probably about to here in a minute and I can’t get off the toilet I’m in a lotta painI have stuff to do today and I literally cannot get off the toilet or stop throwing up or both at the same time it’s miserable | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛
