Big Mac and Salad from McDonalds in Rolla Missouri - We ate there around 6PM and by 5AM I was so sick. I ended up going to the hospital and my lab results showed I had 4x the amount of bacteria. They diagnosed it with acute gastroenitis which is food poisoning. I thought I was going to die. I was sick for 6 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
