I ate a mc fish on Tuesday 02/01/24 around 12:30pm at the McDonald Convention. It was my first meal of the day and I hadn't eaten anything before. About 2 hours later I started feeling nauseous. It got worse as the day went on. Diarrhea and vomiting all night followed. In the morning, the same. With small losses of consciousness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
