I ordered McDonald's last night. There was an error in my order but I noticed it at home. I had a little goat wrap instead of a small ranch. I also had a CBO, wavy fries, nuggets and water. I ate around 7:30pm and I started to get sick around 11pm, followed by a long night vomiting, nausea, migraine, fever and diarrhea since this morning, stomach cramps...
