I have been completely ill since I went to the Macdo on the evening of 30/12/2023 and I had nausea and then intense vomiting the night that followed in addition I have had diarrhea for 3 days now it does not always pass I will have to go to the doctor today to take a blood test also to find out if the contamination is serious and maybe more serious! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
