Late friday night i went 2 drive through 2 get big mac and chips. Was all I had eaten since midmorning . Woke up so ill and been ill all day still am weak. Only just well enough to go to my car Sunday morning to get receipt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
