Kids' Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, Rancho Santa Margarita California

My son ate at the McDonald's mentioned above on Sunday 12/3/17 around 11:15am. He got the happy meal with nuggets, fries, apple slices, and a sprite. He started feeling nauseous around 5pm. By 7pm he was violently throwing up. He threw up for over 6 hours with sharp stomach pain. He missed 2 days of school and I missed 2 days of work. We did investigation and found out it was 100% food poisoning as 2 other kids that went there around that same time and ordered the same happy meal got just as sick. My son had no contact with these other children. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
