Burger Causes Severe Illness - McDonald's, Schleswig-Holstein

I've ordered. When ordering, a big Tasty Bacon was included. The bread from the burger was grey. I didn't think of anything, it didn't taste like usual either.. the bread or anything else in it was definitely spoiled! About 5 hours after eating, I got stark stomach cramps. I had severe painful diarrhea and had to vomit at the same time. I just vomited this one burger. I didn't eat anything I can't tolerate or was my only real meal. I've never had anything like that before! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
