Decided to split a 20 piece mcnugget and fries with my partner. I couldn't even finish my meal because I got the overwhelming urge to go sh*t. We're usually able to finish our 20 piece or at least get close. I could only stomach 4 nuggets, I usually eat 6-8 nuggets and let my partner have the rest of mine. He usually eats all ten of his portion and 2-4 nuggets of what I can't eat, but he wasn't able to even eat 10. I always finish my fries and I even had an appetite for them, but my stomach pains were too intense and I had to rush to the bathroom before finishing them. In the bathroom I had terrible diarrhea, I noted that it felt like I just lost 5 lbs. As soon as I was done in the bathroom, my partner had to go too. It's been 7 hours and our stomachs keep making awful noises. I'm waiting to see if any more symptoms develop but something is definitely wrong. My stomach is never this loud. I'm worried because when I've gotten food poisoning before, it usually starts like this but gets much worse the next day. If I notice any worsening symptoms I'm going to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
