McDonalds was consumed, and hours later vomiting and diarrhea were occurring and still are., Only I got sick. I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with ranch and a Sprite. It was about 2-3 hours later diarrhea s | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
