Me and my sister got sick (2) so there was two of us that got ill. We both eat the same thing. A McChicken Sandwich meal with a chocolate milkshake, symptoms started 2-3 hours later we was vomiting and had bad diarrhoea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
