I took myself and my 3 children to McDonald's for a half term treat and all night we were all very poorly with sickness and diorrhea the burger looked like it had been opened but I assumed this would have been staff to check maybe also the lady dropped chips and took them away and came back so I'm rather worried my youngest daughter is one and she was up all night crying with stomach pains. I spoke to a friend who also had McDonald's and his son was the same last night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
