On Friiday 25th around 4:00pm got a double big Mac meal and my wife got only fries I got violently ill she didn’t. At first I just felt vary full and bloated two hours after eating the meal which was strange. Then I started fealing vary uncomfortable stomach cramps sick to my stomach and then puked violently and felt like I was gonna die. This went on all night and left me with a Anxiety or I couldn’t stop moving in the bed for hours couldn’t sleep I will never eat McDonald’s again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps
