Cold Burger, Severe Illness - McDonald's, Silver City New Mexico

I ate a double cheeseburger around 2pm yesterday. By the time I went to work at 4 I was extremely nauseous and had bad abdominal cramping. I was also starting to feel very weak. So much so that my manager sent me home by 8. I decided to go to bed earlier than normal around 10 and was awoken an hour later to violently vomit. This continued all night until all I could throw up was bile. Also had diarrhea several times this morning. Haven't been able to eat anything and can barely get out of my bed. I could tell the burger was not fresh. It was kinda cold and the bun was hard but i was starving so i ate it anyway. Would never have thought McDonald's would sell me something that was sitting out long enough to be contaminated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Bile
