I ate a fish sandwich at McDonalds on 9th Street it was kind of cool I should have knew something was wrong this isn't the first time I've gotten sick at McDonalds on 9th Street last time was with a fish sandwich too gotta be a little smarter learn my lesson now I will never eat again at McDonalds on 9th Street I never had any other problems with any other McDonald's it must be a hygiene problem at 9th Street or pure laziness it's not fun being sick especially with something so simple that could have been prevented | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
