I went to McDonald's on byrn rd in toledo oh. I ordered a sausage mc muffin and a hot chocolate. About a hour later a I started getting a headache so I layed down. I woke up about 45 min later and I was shaking, had cold sweats and my headache was far worse than before. Suddenly I ran to the bathroom and began to vomit for about 10 minutes. I then layed down and passed out for about 5 hours. I will not go to that mcdonalds EVER again. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Shaking, Sweating
