Child Sick After McNuggets - McDonald's, Nashville Georgia

I picked my 5 year old daughter up from school and she was hungry so we went through McDonald's in Nashville, GA about 3:20 pm. She ate chicken nuggets and fries. Within the next 1.5 hours she began to vomit. She has thrown up 12-15 times since then and still continues now at 9pm. She's now dry heaving, and throwing up bile. Can't keep any water down. I am soo upset with the carelessness of this restraunt. My happy, healthy baby is in so much pain | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
