My grandson, my husband and myself ate at West Branch Iowa McDonald's on Friday March 27 2026. We were fine prior to eating burgers. All of us have been very sick for a week due to food poisoning. We have had to miss work and my grandson was taken by ambulance to the hospital. All of our symptoms are that of norovirus food poisoning. My grandson got sick the night of eating and started feeling it after our meals at this McDonald's while we were traveling on the road. Following the next day he was taken by ambulance and the rest of us have been sick all week and it has been very miserable for all of us. I am very disappointed and disgusted and thinking of seeking a lawyer as we have a hospital bill and lost wages due to the food.
