Went at 4pm and got a vanilla milkshake. At about 11:50pm I started feeling sick to my stomach. I had a bloated out stomach and diarrhea bad. Than started puking my guts out. All night long all next day until 7pm following day. I will never eat McDonald's again! I was so sick almost went to ER. But symptoms finally lightened up after becomingg dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
