Nuggets Trigger Heartburn, Cramps - McDonald's, Whitestown Indiana

This is the second time this has happened at the same location but there a was large time between the two occurences. I would order chicken nuggets and eat them alone with a mixture of dipping sauces. Several hours later I am awoken by bad heartburn and very painful stomach cramps and have to immediately rush and violently throw up. I throw up and have diarrhea for the next two days because of it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Heartburn
