Me and my boyfriend had went to McDonald's to get a 50 piece chicken nuggets for dinner we also got doubles cheese burgers and today we woke up with dierria , head aches , fever , nausea , constipated, loss of appetite, and dehydration we hardly ever eat McDonald's but it was the only thing open and we never going there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Loss of Appetite
