McDonalds snack wrap. I ate two snack wraps with ranch sauce. About 10 minutes later, I felt a sudden urge to have a bowel movement. I didn't even make it to the bathroom. I defecated in my jeans. It was sickening and quite a mess. I have no idea. I asked a friend if she has eaten the snack wraps. She said she had one last week and she had severe diarrhea. No | Symptoms: Diarrhea
