4-for-5 Meal Illness - McDonald's, Wichita Kansas

I bought the 4 for 5 meal oct 23rd where my son who was the only one that ate had the 4 piece small fry double cheeseburger and a sprite. Maybe 15 min later his symptoms started with a headache then moved to his stomach with a good amount of pain and couldn't get comfortable. He finally was able to pass the diarrhea (2x) within a couple hours. Then his symptoms started to relieve. It was awful. Not going back! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
