At 12:20pm on Saturday 2nd March, I ordered 6 chicken nuggets and chips which looked absolutely fine, after about the 4th chicken, the chicken tasted a bit funny but I thought it would be fine because the rest of them were. Then I went to work and had to leave early because I had the shivers and my stomach was really sore. On the bus back, I had to get off and started throwing up everywhere. This was at about 17:40pm. I then got a lift back home where I continued to throw up. McDonald’s was the only thing I had eaten all day and the only place I had eaten out at. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
