My son, husband and I ate cheeseburgers and chicken burgers. As a result, my son suddenly vomited in his sleep during the night and had diarrhea so severe that it was through his clothes. It hit me the next day. stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, chills, fever. I've had it for 4 days. I can't eat any more food. Yesterday my husband, today my brother, sister-in-law in Bad Säckingen were McDonald's and have the same symptoms..
