Yesterday evening Big tasty beef from McDonald's route de Fes on Friday evening, August 6, we were 4 people who ate at McDonald's route in Fez on the night of Friday, August 6 to Saturday, August 7. We checked out at exactly 00:19. Two people who ordered Big Tasty Beef showed exactly the same symptoms overnight and all day from Saturday 7 until the time I am writing to you. The symptoms are vomiting, chills and aches, abdominal spasms, fever, and severe thirst. Those who consumed chicken did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
