Family Ill After Fries - McDonald's, Medford New Jersey

My kids and I all got sick from eating fries at McDonald's on Stokes Road, Medford New Jersey. That's the only thing we ate Friday night and the next day around 5 a.m. one of the kids started throwing up. Then at 6 a.m. the other kids started throwing up. Later in the afternoon another one started throwing up and they were all week. My brother's kids also started throwing up because they also ate it. One of them sorry passing out because he has other conditions and we had to call the ambulance. We all spent the night in the emergency room, the ambulance had to take two of the kids because one had severe fever and the other one had been passing out. We ate there before and never had this issue but it was just this past Friday night we we had McDonald's and had this issue. Maybe it was because they were having construction done? I am not sure. All of the kids are now on anti-nausea medication and we are trying to get lots of fluid into them because of their dehydration. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
