McDonald's Meal, Severe Reaction - McDonald's, Bremerhaven Bremen

I was fine all day 31.03.2024. In the evening I ate a McDonald's menu from the shop on Streesemannstraße in Bremerhaven. Then I woke up at night and had to vomit. Diarrhea was added. Then again and again. About half an hour until the afternoon of 01.04. after that, the nausea and diarrhea persisted, I continued to vomit smaller amounts of phlegm... there was blood in my vomit.
This morning I weighed 2 kg less than on 31/03. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
