Ate a Big Mac meal at 11pm and was then up with diarrhea and vomiting from 1am-7am, sick approximately 50 times over the night. Have been severely dehydrated and weak the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
