Cheesy Flatbread Illness Mystery - McDonald's, Tamworth England

I had a cheesy flat bread 10th May 2026 around 09:30-10:00am from McDonald's at Ventura park, Tamworth. Within 10 mins of eating it I felt sick. Within a hour I had chronic diarrhoea, nausea, feeling very poorly, fever, I was chilled to my bones. I have been like that until 05:00am of the 11th. Husband ate as well, but had totally different food, I was perfectly alright until after the cheesy flat bread. I was feeling perfectly fine, no diarrhoea or nausea until I ate that flat bread! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
