The Mcchicken. Definitely. Why else would I have orange vomit with chunks of "chicken looking stuff" Today. I had it at about 12AM. Symptoms start with a stomach ache at about 4PM. I thougjt At about 6PM, I just had chickfila's fruit, a couple nuggets, and their lemonade for dinner. I accelerated to diarrhea and vomiting by 11PM. Currently, I am up at 3:57AM. Fresh from ejaculating liquid poop in my underwear because someone else was in the bathroom. And let me tell you. Vomiting was not a prettier sight. The vomit was orange, I suspect from the mcchicken as I hadn't had any other orange foods. There were pieces of chunks that looked like.. Chicken? If so, that chicken was messed up inside. It was foul. It looked more like I somehow threw up a little stomach lining. I think that if many other people get sick, they should cancel the mcchicken. I was feeling perfectly healthy before that "chicken".Today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Nausea, Stomach Pain
