I had a Mac first fish menu and a fish happy meal for my almost 3-year-old son as well. I felt unwell some time after eating and after a few hours due to nausea I start vomiting early on my meal and a few minutes later I hear my son crying and it was the same for him. I think the fish was out of date. Result of the races my son and I vomited all night long. I won't resume | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
