Strawberry Shake Illness Suspected - McDonald's, Redcar England

Monday 15th April about 3pm I ordered McDonald's. I had not eaten all day . Perhaps it was the strawberry milkshake as this was getting stomach cramps and nausea and when belching this was the smell repeatedly. I drank less than half and began to feel off and then went to bed to try and sleep it off .
Since early this morning I've had awful diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
I believe it something I ate from McDonald's (I ordered big MC meal with strawberry milkshake.
I wonder if other people from the vicinity have had the same issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
