My husband and I got terrible food poisoning from breakfast at this McDonald’s. We both ate a sausage McMuffin this morning around 10am and have spent the last 7 hours vomiting and having diarrhea, fever , and chills. Terrible. Do not eat here! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
