1 year ago reported by user-wfyn2211 business

McDonald's, Trans-Canada Highway, Kamloops, B.C., Canada

1465 W Trans-Canada Highway, Kamloops, V1S 1A1 British Columbia, Canada

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: quarter pounder
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: We stopped to get drive through as it was a hot day and we didn’t want to go to a restaurant because we would have had to keep the dog in the car. Kids picked this. Girls had chicken. Son had double cheeseburger. I had quarter pounder. Within an hour I had severe cramping and diarrhea. Has last 24 hours now and counting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
