Suspected food poisoning, Extreme illness started about 3 hrs after a 5:45 pm Jul 12, 2024 in-restaurant meal of chicken chow mein, breaded chicken, beef and vegetables. We took some of the food home in take-out containers. We labelled and froze it after the illness (if required for testing).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
