Due to alot of stress recently I haven't been eating. Yesterday I got a double cheese burger from Redruth Mcdonald. 3 hours later I started vomitting and diarrhea really bad, stomach cramps which are very painful, I feel awful, have hot and cold chills. The only thing I ate yesterday was this double cheese burger. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
