Double Cheeseburger Illness - McDonald's, Redruth England

Due to alot of stress recently I haven't been eating. Yesterday I got a double cheese burger from Redruth Mcdonald. 3 hours later I started vomitting and diarrhea really bad, stomach cramps which are very painful, I feel awful, have hot and cold chills.
