Have you ever gone skinny dipping during winter in Antarctica while your resting heart rate is 30 bpm over normal, and then ramping and dropping by 20 bpm while propelling yourself with jets explosive diarrhea with a symphony of simultaneous vomiting and screams of humiliated, violated anguish fill the air as you, the conductor are sweating like a stuck pig, but freezing your a** off from that Antarctic dip... I have now... Thanks to a simple Egg McMuffin... Its rolling on into day 3...
