Ate a breakfast sandwich 2/17/26 early in the morning on the way to work (4-5am). Started having stomach pains around 6 pm. By about 9 pm same day I was throwing up everything I ate for dinner. I threw up a bunch more again around 11 pm. Felt like i needed to poop but no diarrhea yet. No one else in my house is sick. Only thing I've ate differently than my spouse is the mcdonalds sandwich. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea
