i went to ukiah for my orthodontist appointment , but i got hungry after so i decided to go to mc donald's for chicken nuggets and fries. this was on Tuesday ,18th of april. and the next day i started feeling really nauseous and my stomach kept growling . i ended up puking and i had diarrhea . and till this day (friday , 21st of april) im still sick with nausea i'm getting really bad stomach pains . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
