I had gotten a 6 piece nugget with buffalo and ranch sauce. I ate then I went straight into work. My stomach wasn’t feeling the best whatsoever. I had threw up at work thinking I had ate too much. I got home, went to sleep, and woke up with puke in my mouth. I was throwing up everywhere. I got in the shower thinking it would help me cause I had puke all over me at this point. Well, I got out of the shower and I had passed out in my bathroom floor. I had to work the next day but I was up and down pooping and puking my guts out. I will NEVER eat McDonalds again. Never. Again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
