first incident I ate a big mac meal with a coke at about 12 am and woke up early next morning with stomach pains and threw up. the second incident I ate a nugget meal and had stomach pains shortly after, I woke up at 5 am and threw up and had diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
