I only ordered the food( McDouble meal with Powerade)around 2 pm June 17 and within a couple hours started with a headache, then felt really cold even outside in Texas heat and then I realized had a fever that wouldn’t calm with medicines, then started feeling Nasuas and it wasn’t into a threw up the McDouble meal that I felt better. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
