Ordered two pizzas. One pepperoni pizza with cheese. Another pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms with cheese. I didn't have the first but the one with three toppings as did my wife and it resulted in nausea, stomach cramps, and severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

sweat, uncontrollable gas, and stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. I had to call in sick to work yesterday because I was in so much pain. I ended up passing out due to feeling so weak that I did not wake up until hours later. I felt dehydrated. well last night. I woke up at 7:30am today drenched in sweat and extremely nauseous. A few minutes later, I vomit everything I had last night…and then some. My stomach is now in really bad pain, and I’m still having nausea.

I just hope I didn’t get food poisoning. I’ve ordered this dozens of times and I’ve never had an issue. I did get extra sour cream in the chalupa, maybe it was left out and went bad or something, but most likely it was the result of undercooked meat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
