Within minutes of eating my food, double quarter pounder meal and chicken wrap, I have been rather poorly in my toilet with violent diahorrea. The stomach cramps are quite painful also. Mcdonalds has gone downhill very quickly since I was a kid. The food is garbage and no good for human consumption. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
