Saturday I had McDonald's chicken nuggets and a couple other things throughout the day. Sunday I woke up nauseous vomiting (7xs) and with diarrhea. Monday I woke up weak but okay. I ate McDonald's chicken nuggets again. Tuesday I woke up vomiting with diarrhea and nausea. McDonald's was the only thing I had eaten on Monday and the only thing that could've made me sick Sunday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
