My BF went to this McDonald's on the 15th around 10:30 pm. When he returned home we both ate chicken nuggets and fries. The following morning both out stomaches were hurting us. I attempted to go to work around 7:30 am and had to turn around and rush to the bathroom. I had diarrhea (the worst of my life) off and on for about 5 hours. At about 1:00 pm I started feeling cramps in my stomach and developed a bad headache. At around 3pm I started running a fever. The whole night I felt miserable and it continued into the following day with a headache and low fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Headache
