When visiting here, I bought a Fresh McChicken wrap and 6x nuggets as usual. This is my usual menu here, and nothing new. But today I'm absolutely amazed: I just got up with stomach pain, which would be an 8 on a scale of 1-10, and immediately ran to the toilet. The pain has been going on for 1 hour now. Permanently on. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
